The Township of Scott, Allegheny County, PA (Township) is requesting proposals from Third Party Agencies (Agency) qualified to perform Plan Review, and Inspection Services for residential, commercial, and institutional building projects within the Township. The Agency shall be certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry to perform Uniform Construction Code (UCC) services. The scope will include plan review and inspection services for Building, Accessibility, Energy, Fire, Electrical and Mechanical in compliance with the UCC. The services will be required on an as needed basis as the intent is for the Agency to assist the Township.
